Help with Microsoft Teams
You potentially have 3 options when joining a Microsoft Teams meeting scheduled from The Christman Company.
- Join on your computer or mobile app: This is the main (default) way to join a Teams meeting on a PC using the Teams client or a web browser. Simply click the link. Every meeting will have this option.
- Join with a video conferencing device: This option lets you connect to a Teams meeting via any "H.323 room system" such as a Polycom, LifeSize, Cisco, etc. On a Christman conference room's LifeSize system, select "11- Microsoft Teams" from the phone directory and then open the keypad. You will need to manually type in the "Video Conference ID#" provided in the meeting invite.
- Or call in (audio only): This option lets someone connect in via telephone. NOTE - this option will only be available for meeting organizers that have this feature enabled. Simply dial the phone number and then provide the "Phone Conference ID". On a smartphone, you can tap the quick-dial link.
